The purpose for which this corporation is formed is to encourage and foster a social and civil spirit and to promote and propagate fraternal principals among its members and their families, in case of death or distress.

To raise funds through special events for distribution to the Church where the celebration of the Feast is held, other Churches in the area, Seminaries and to aid families and individuals in need.
